The process starts on the right foot at the initial meeting with every new customer. Each and every client will have a company principal involved with and responsible for his/her project. During this initial consultation, we will lay out the goals of your project and discuss the many different ways that Spring Roc can achieve those goals. Once we have agreed on the process that fits your needs we will begin to lay out a critical path schedule (CPM Schedule) for your project that will be accessible at all times and will act as a guide for all parties.

Our access to subcontractors, architects, engineers, designers, expeditors and city agencies will allow you to find THE TRUTH about the construction process. While many issues will inevitably arise during the construction process, what sets Spring Roc apart is its ability to resolve these issues in a timely and innovative manner. Our unique approach to fixing typical project difficulties is shaped by a decade of problem solving and “outside the box” thinking that we do every day in order to meet impending deadlines and stay within existing budgets.
