Established in 2004, Spring Roc, LLC performs all types of industrial, commercial and institutional construction on a negotiated, design/ build or guaranteed maximum price basis.  Previous projects include: office buildings, hotels, shopping centers, hospitals, medical facilities, apartment buildings, department stores, senior housing, computer centers, warehouses, distribution centers, historic restorations and tenant improvements.

At Spring Roc, we thrive on the relationships we have cultivated as a result of our years of experience in the construction and contracting business. As our experiences are so varied, we have developed a keen understanding of the different kinds of issues faced by our ever expanding clientele. Though our projects range from smaller home renovations to multimillion dollar construction projects, we are responsive to the needs of each and every one of our clients, regardless of the size of the project.  We define each project’s criteria individually and shape our plan of services accordingly.  We utilize innovative pre-construction techniques, including value engineering, conceptual estimating, innovative redesign and fast-track scheduling, this allows us to minimize problems once the project begins.
