Construction Phase

Spring Roc oversees jobsite mobilization, including the implementation of a site logistics program, designed to provide effective access to the jobsite for all trades. This minimizes the impact of construction on pedestrians, traffic and ongoing operations.

We develop, monitor and update a critical path schedule throughout the construction process in order to ensure timely delivery of the project.

All on-site construction activities are controlled and coordinated through project close-out. We supervise the performance of subcontractors and vendors on-site, which ensures that the project is performed in accordance with the construction documents, local laws and regulatory safety requirements. We conduct weekly jobsite coordination meetings with the subcontractors to review work progress and resolve any issues affecting construction.

Spring Roc establishes a comprehensive project control and reporting system. The following information is closely monitored and reported to you on a monthly basis:
